Rail Money is a fee bridge on Robinhood Chain. Fees are collected in USDG and paid to the business a coin names, on the rail it already uses. Every step below is a real call with a real ID.

01

How Rail Money works

Rail Money turns a coin's creator fees into a payment to a business. Coins launch on Railyard, the Rail Money bonding curve on Robinhood Chain, paired against USDG. Each coin's fees go to its own vault. We claim them, bridge them out as USDC and pay the business on the rail it already uses. The creator names a domain and nothing else.

  1. 01

    Fees should be dollars

A coin paired against USDG pays its creator fee in USDG. The fee never rides the price of the coin that earned it.

  2. 02

Every fee belongs to one coin

Each coin's fee recipient is its own vault, so the vault balance is that coin's fees and nothing else. No one attributes anything after the fact.

  3. 03

    Banks do not take USDG

Across fills the business share as USDC on Base in seconds, at a fee quoted before the transaction is signed.

  4. 04

Nobody can push money into an account

Naming a domain proves nothing. The business verifies the domain once and picks where it wants the money.

  5. 05

A payout is done when the money arrives

Delivered is marked on arrival, not on send. A US bank payout takes 0 to 1 business days. A wallet takes under a minute.

02

The chain

Coins launch and fees accrue on Robinhood Chain, Robinhood's Layer 2 built on Arbitrum Orbit. Gas is paid in ETH. Fees are collected in USDG, and payouts leave the chain as USDC.

Robinhood Chain
Mainnet since July 2026. Chain ID 4663, network eip155:4663, Blockscout explorer.
Stablecoin

Payouts
USDG bridged out as USDC on Base with Across, then paid to a bank, a processor balance or a USDC wallet.

$RAIL has no contract yet. Launch soon. Every address on this page that belongs to Rail Money is published when the factory deploys.

03

Launching on Railyard

A launch sells from a bonding curve. When the curve fills, the coin graduates to a Uniswap v4 pool and the liquidity is locked. Railyard is the only place a Rail Money coin can start, because the fee vault has to be the creator fee recipient from the first trade.

  1. 01

    Deploy

The creator's wallet calls the factory with the coin's name, ticker and image, paired against USDG, and with creatorFeeRecipient set to the coin's vault. The vault address is known before it is deployed, so the creator sees it before signing.

  2. 02

    Accrue

Each trade pays the curve fee in the pair token, plus any creator tax the launch set. Rates are per launch and read from the curve with feeBps() and creatorTaxBps() rather than assumed.

  3. 03

    Sweep

The vault moves fees into escrow itself: curve.sweepFees() while the coin is on its curve, hook.sweepPoolFees() after it graduates. Graduation sweeps the curve on its own.

  4. 04

    Claim

One call, FeeVaultFactory.collectMany(coinIds), has each vault sweep, claim escrow.claimToken(USDG) and forward the balance to the payout wallet.

Naming the business

The business is the only field that decides where money goes. Name, category and description are read from the site itself. The creator does not type them.

Whatever is pasted is reduced to a bare domain. It is lowercased, and the scheme, a leading www., any path, query, fragment and port are removed. So https://www.Substack.com/about?ref=x becomes substack.com. Input that is not a valid domain is rejected.

  1. 01

    What the live check reads

We fetch the site and look for a checkout: Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Adyen, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Square and others. The match is shown with the exact string that matched.

  2. 02

    What it does not do

The check pays nobody. It is evidence that the business takes money online. A business is paid only after it claims its payouts.

05

From fees to the business

Money moves through three stages, shown on every coin and every business page: Fees, Sending, Delivered. Each step is a call on the curve, the vault, Across or the payout partner, and each one leaves an ID stored against the payout.

# fees
sweep Robinhood Chain tx 0x… · vault calls curve.sweepFees()
claim factory.collectMany() · Forwarded(coinId, USDG, 100.00)
# sending
bridge Across deposit 0x… · 80.00 USDG to 79.94 USDC on Base
deposit payout account credited 79.94 USDC
# delivered
payout outbound payment to the destination the business chose
Timing
Claims settle in seconds. The bridge fills in seconds. A wallet is paid within minutes of the batch. A US bank arrives in 0 to 1 business days, elsewhere 1 to 7.
Costs
ETH gas, the Across fee and any payout or FX fee come out of the batch. That is why payouts under 5 USDG wait.
Failures
Each step saves its ID before the next runs, and the batch ID is the idempotency key, so a retry never pays twice. An unfilled bridge deposit is refunded. A returned bank payout goes back and the business is asked to fix its details.
06

How a business claims its payouts

Naming a domain does not prove who owns it, so a business claims its payouts once. Until then its share is recorded as owed and stays in USDG.

  1. 01

    Prove the domain

Add a DNS TXT record rail-money-verification=… to the domain, or serve the same value at /.well-known/rail-money.txt. This stops anyone but the owner claiming the money.

  2. 02

    Pick where the money lands

A hosted form collects the payout details for a bank account or a processor balance, and the payout partner verifies the recipient. Or the business enters a USDC wallet address. Rail Money never sees bank numbers.

  3. 03

    Get paid

The whole owed balance goes out in the next daily batch, and every later claim follows on its own.

07

Payout methods and owed

Any business can be named. What happens to its share depends on what it has set up.

Bank
Domain verified, bank account added. Paid in local currency after each daily batch.
Processor balance
Domain verified, balance chosen in the hosted form. The money lands next to the sales.
USDC wallet
Domain verified, wallet address added. Paid within minutes of each batch.
Owed
Not claimed yet. The share stays in USDG and is listed on the business page until the business claims it.
08

Where x402 fits

x402 is an open standard for paying over HTTP. A server answers 402 Payment Required with its terms, the client signs a payment and retries. It moves stablecoins. It does not convert them to dollars.

Rail Money does not pay businesses over x402. An x402 endpoint charges its own price for its own resource, and a fee batch is an arbitrary amount, so it cannot be paid through someone else's endpoint without buying something. Outbound payouts and wallet transfers send the exact amount.

USDG supports EIP-3009, so x402 does work on eip155:4663. We record whether a business answers 402 for information, and payouts never depend on it.

09

The split

Every claim is split the same way, on every coin, with no exceptions and no discretion.

80% business
Paid to the named business bank, processor balance or wallet, or held as owed until it claims.
20% buyback
Buys $RAIL on the open market and burns it.

Fees do not arrive continuously. They accrue on the coin, and each vault is claimed every few minutes. Each claim appears in the ledger with its Robinhood Chain transaction and its split. Payouts under 5 USDG wait, because the gas and bridge fee of sending less would eat most of it.

10

Launching a coin

Coins are launched from the Launch page with a connected wallet. The coin pays its business from the first trade.

Business
Required. Picked from the directory or typed as any domain.
Name and ticker
Required. Up to 32 characters for the name, 2 to 10 letters or digits for the ticker.
Description
Optional, up to 1500 characters. A line naming the business and its vault is added for you.
Payment note
Optional, up to 250 characters. Used as the payout description when a payout comes from this coin alone.
Creator tax
Optional. Charged on top of the curve fee and paid in full into this coin vault.
Fee vault
Set automatically. Fees credited to any other address cannot be traced to a business and are not paid out.
11

Registering a coin that already exists

A coin already trading on Robinhood Chain can point its creator fees at a business without relaunching. It keeps its holders, its chart and its ticker.

  1. 01

    Name the business

The Register tab gives you the vault address for that pairing.

  2. 02

    Hand over the fee recipient

From the current creator fee recipient, call transferCreatorFeeRecipient(token, vault). It applies immediately.

  3. 03

    Check

Confirm the vault is receiving the fees. No wallet connection is needed for the check.

12

Wallets

A wallet is needed to launch. Robinhood Chain is an EVM chain, so any EVM wallet works. Rail Money has no email login and no password. The wallet is the account.

Chain
Robinhood Chain, EVM compatible, chain ID 4663
Connection
Privy. Installed wallets are detected, and MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rabby, Rainbow, OKX, Phantom and WalletConnect are offered.
Network
A wallet on another network gets a one-click switch. If it does not know Robinhood Chain yet, the network is added with its RPC and Blockscout explorer.
Launch signature
Queueing a launch asks the wallet to sign its terms: coin, business, creator tax and time. Signing is free and sends no transaction. The server checks the signature against the wallet before it records anything, and a signature expires after ten minutes.
Gas
ETH. Launching needs a small amount.
Embedded wallets
Off. Nothing is provisioned for you and no key is held on your behalf.
13

$RAIL buyback and burn

The 20% share of every claim goes to the buyback wallet, which buys $RAIL on Robinhood Chain with USDG and sends it to the burn address. Buys in progress show as buying. Completed ones show the amount burned and link the transaction.

Requirements and status

These are the approvals and accounts the payout pipeline depends on. We list them because a payments product that hides them is not one.

Launchpad
Railyard factory and the fee vaults. Not deployed. Launch soon.
Payout partner
An entity with a payout account approved for this use case, covering bank payouts in local currency.
Money transmission
Holding and forwarding other people fees is regulated. The operating entity needs the registrations its lawyers confirm, such as FinCEN MSB registration and state licences.
Infrastructure
A production Robinhood Chain RPC, a multisig treasury with a limited payout wallet, sanctions screening on every recipient, tax reporting and an idempotent payout ledger.
16

Terms

Pointing a coin's creator fees at a Rail Money fee vault is a choice made by whoever controls the coin. By doing that, and by naming a business, they direct those fees to be claimed and split as described on this page.

The site and the protocol are provided as is. Payouts depend on Robinhood Chain, Across, the payout partner and each business claiming its payouts, none of which we control. Nothing here is investment advice, and $RAIL is not an investment product.

Disclosures

Rail Money is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Paxos, Across, Stripe or any other company named here. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Businesses in the directory are real, and each is listed because public evidence shows it takes payments online. None of them opted in, and none of them are partners. Coins, payments, claims, buybacks and totals read zero because the contracts are not deployed.

Figures on this page come from Rail Money protocol parameters: 80/20 split, a 5 USDG minimum payout, and a graduation threshold of 12,000 USDG. Change one and it changes everywhere on the site.
